The purpose of this class is to get students moving and sweating for an hour, challenging them to set and meet fitness goals in a supportive environment, through an hour long mixed movement arts workout (martial arts, yoga, cardio and weights.) |

| $5 drop in fee for non-MDP students, or $40 for 10 sessions. | |||||||
| This class is for adults of all experience and fitness levels. Group discounts are available, and workplace incentives are accepted. | |||||||

| Lewis and Winterhaven Elementary Kung Fu Programs | |||||||
| Academy Instructor Wally Jones and Advanced Student Lara Hubschmitt, under the guidance of Sifu Alexander, spent the last year teaching kung fu programs for kids at Lewis and Winterhaven elementary schools. By all measures, t's been a great success not only for the kids, but everyone involved, including parents.
